The Team from first contact with Yasmine and Jack have been amazing. Fully engaged in my journey and my issues but helping me to articulate what my issues were and then delivering an amazing amount of information and group courses relating to different aspects of potential recovery and associated exercises and tools which in some way need to be implemented by me to continue my recovery

I doubt this will come as a surprise to the team, my personal view is that the printouts from all the different sessions we had would be incredibly useful to be given as a physical handout to each participant. We received the said handouts very promptly after each session, but my own situation and I suspect those who joined me on the sessions I was in, was that the reality is I dont have a printer and the way I would use the information would be in a paper form. This isnt to say people wont use the electronic copies but I truly believe that further and more long term effectiveness of the recovery and sessions would be assisted by paper copies of the slides were available to the attendees if they wanted them.

It is really nice here and I find it very nice and beneficial. However not for me personally but others sometimes are not being supported when they need to be due to a lack of staffing, in particular if there are several incidents taking place with multiple people being restrained also staff aren’t always watching out for people like many of them wonder outside to the brick wall and two seconds later their heads are bleeding and they won’t stop till staff find them
